Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (« Terms ») govern the contractual relationship between the customer and Iplayable Limited, a Hong Kong private company (Reg. No. 2600640), operating the website garden-destock.com (the « Site »). Any order placed on the Site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products

Products are offered subject to availability. Photographs and descriptions are indicative; minor variations in color, grain, or finish due to natural materials may occur and do not engage the seller’s liability. Should a product become unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified and refunded within 14 days.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable sales taxes where legally required. Shipping fees are displayed prior to order confirmation:

  • Orders under $50: flat-rate shipping of $5.90
  • Orders $50 or more: free standard shipping

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; orders will be invoiced at the prices in force at the moment of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Customers place orders by selecting products, validating their cart, entering their details, and completing payment. An order is definitively recorded upon email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of prior dispute, suspicion of fraud, or incorrect data.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or Apple Pay through a secure payment processor. Card data is never stored or processed by Iplayable Limited.

6. Delivery

  • Dispatch: within 24 hours (business days) from order confirmation
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: a tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch

If delivery is abnormally delayed (beyond 21 business days), the customer may request cancellation and full refund within 14 days.

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise a right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Details are set out in the Refund & Return Policy.

8. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranties applicable under Hong Kong consumer law and, where stricter, under the consumer laws of the customer’s country of residence. For any claim, contact support@garden-destock.com.

9. Liability

Iplayable Limited shall not be liable for non-performance of the contract due to force majeure, strikes, or disruptions affecting postal services or means of transport.

10. Personal data

Collected data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution shall be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the buyer’s country.
