Shipping Policy

Garden Destock ships garden tools and accessories worldwide from our fulfillment center. Below are the current shipping terms.
1. Dispatch time
Orders placed before 1 PM (HKT) on business days are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
2. Delivery times

3. Shipping fees
- Orders under $50: flat-rate $5.90 (standard)
- Orders $50 or more: free standard shipping
- Express shipping: calculated at checkout based on weight & destination
4. Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. You can follow the shipment on the carrier’s website.
5. Customs & duties
For deliveries outside of the origin jurisdiction, import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Garden Destock is not responsible for any customs fees, delays, or refusal by local customs authorities.
6. Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the customer was absent, the address was incorrect, or delivery was refused, we will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply) or process a refund minus the original shipping costs.
7. Lost parcels
If a parcel is presumed lost (no tracking update for more than 14 consecutive days past the expected delivery date), contact support@garden-destock.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and resend or refund once the claim is validated.
