Refund & Return Policy

At Garden Destock we want every customer to be fully satisfied. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it under the conditions below.

1. 14-day withdrawal right

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise a right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The period runs from the day you (or a designated third party) physically receive the last item in your order.

2. Eligible products

To be refunded, a product must be:

  • Returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged)
  • Accompanied by its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the invoice or order number

3. Non-returnable products

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products unsealed for hygiene reasons
  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be re-shipped or may deteriorate rapidly

4. Return procedure

  1. Email support@garden-destock.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The product(s) to return
    • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)
  2. Wait for our confirmation — within 48 business hours you will receive return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Ship the parcel within a maximum of 14 days after notifying your withdrawal.
  4. Keep the tracking number until the refund is confirmed.

5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective product or shipping error, in which case Garden Destock covers the full cost. We recommend shipping with tracking: we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in return transit.

6. Refund

  • Processing time: within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product
  • Method: refund issued to the original payment method
  • Amount: product price + original standard shipping fees (in case of full withdrawal)

Note: if the returned product shows deterioration beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, we reserve the right to withhold an amount reflecting the depreciation of the good.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish a different product:

  1. Return the original item (refund within 14 days)
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

8. Defective product or shipping error

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days at support@garden-destock.com attaching photos
  • We will organize a free return and prompt refund or replacement

9. Return address

The return address will be communicated after your request is accepted. Never return a product without prior confirmation — the parcel will be refused.
